Delivery Information

We dispatch items from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days. While we strive to meet this delivery window, we cannot guarantee it during busy periods. To avoid disappointment, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for our deliveries. A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods. Although we cannot book a specific date or time for delivery, a card will be left if no one is present, with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or pick up your items.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email with a consignment number. You can track your order using this number on the Royal Mail or Parcelforce website.

The standard delivery rates apply to England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands) as determined by our carrier. Additional surcharges apply to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Isle of Scilly.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally our stores may run out of stock before we are able to update the website. Where the items are current and in stock with our suppliers (i.e. not discontinued) we will make every effort to get replenishment stock delivered. This may result in a short delay in the dispatch of your order but you will be contacted by us to inform you of any such delay.

Returns

If for whatever reason you change your mind and want to return your item(s), please return it to us within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The goods must be unused in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in or along with the original packaging. Once we have received the returned item, we then shall refund you via your original method of payment or exchange as required. 


Unless there was an error on our part in dispatching your order, or the goods were faulty or damaged, your refund will be exclusive of delivery charges. We recommend that you retain your proof of postage until you have received credit for your return, as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before the item has been dispatched, please send us an e-mail with ORDER CANCELLATION as the subject line and send to:

We may on occasion have to cancel an order, for example if an item is no longer available, or if there has been a pricing or product description error. We will always notify you via e-mail if we have to cancel your order for any reason, and will provide a full refund.

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unfortunate event that there is an error on our part in dispatching your order, your goods arrive damaged or they have not arrived after 10 working days, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to quickly resolve your issue.
